Our packages do not include a gratuity.

How much should I tip?

Tipping for service at a salon is typically handled as you would tip for service in a restaurant. Generally 15-20% of the total service is appropriate, depending upon how you feel the quality of service was.

Since 1994.

Yes.

Do you give discounts to large parties?

No.

How do I schedule a makeover with Christopher?

Typically, Christopher is booked several months in advance; however, a front desk coordinator can put you on his waiting list should there be a cancellation.

If you are eager to get in for a makeover, we can suggest one of our other skilled stylists.

Also note that Christopher only does the haircut portion of the makeover.

What if I am late for my appointment?

If you are late for your scheduled appointment, we will try to accommodate you, but please understand that your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
